The Pryme® Open Ear Insert is a soft rubber semi-custom ear-insert.  Open ear-inserts provide extended wear comfort for lapel microphone and audio tube radio accessories.  When using a open ear insert with an audio tube equiped radio accessory it is possible to hear ambient sounds and the radio at the same time.  A MUST for those who wear earphones for extended periods.
