A rugged wireless shoulder-worn device is generally called a "Speaker-Mic" or "Shoulder-Mic because its is both a speaker and a microphone. The PTT (Push-To-Talk) button is on the side, while the power button is on the top. To lower ambient noise levels or increase receive audio clarity, we suggest adding a listen-only earpiece, that plus into the side port on the Badge.
